Comunity Guideline

Welcome to Bermuda.
In Bermuda, you can get your friends around the world with just one swipe. You can connect with people from various national, cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. So, as long as you are kind and respectful to others, we will always welcome you.
We, Bermuda, will also try our best to keep the community healthy, aiming to present the delight from interactions.
To do so, Bermuda provides the guidelines where we established necessary rules and principles. Please help us keep this community clean and healthy by observing the guidelines.
Our Community Guidelines apply to every user and content of Bermuda.
We proactively enforce them using our technology and human moderation before content gets reported to us. We also encourage the users to report any content considered as a violation of Bermuda’s policies. Besides the guidelines, we will also remove or restrict any content at our discretion when such content is considered against the values of this community.

Adult Content and Sexual Activities

We do not permit the content related to nudity, revealing of intimate body parts, pornography, and other content that depicts explicit and non-consensual sexual acts.

Content with whole or partial nudity including the following:
- Revealing of genitals
- Magnified image of intimate parts including nipples, areolae, genitals, anus or other naked parts disturbing other users.
Content with sexual activities including the following:
- Explicit sexual activities, including penetrative and non-penetrative sex, oral sex, etc.
- Erotic kissing
- Direct and indirect sexual activities
- Penetrative sex using objects and depiction, mimicry, implication, display of sexual activities using body parts
- Explicit language for sexual gratification
- Nonconsensual touching other individual(s)
- Retaking of pornography and sexual video content
- Sexual stimulation and arousal, including erection and areolar stimulation
- Secretion of discharge followed by sexual activities

Minor Safety

Bermuda considers a minor any person under the age of 18.
The safety of minors is Bermuda’s top priority. We tolerate neither underage users nor illegal content made with minors with no exception. All users should meet the minimum age requirements to use Bermuda, as stipulated in our Terms of Service. We tightly regulate any underage user.

Content related to minors including the following:
- Content that users are suspected as underage
- Content that depicts sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
- Content that depicts physically, verbally, and mentally harmful activities to minors.

Harassment and Bullying

Bermuda does not permit all the abusive behaviors toward other community members, such as bullying, insult, harassment, etc.

Content containing abusive behaviors including the following:
- Content that encourages systematic bullying
- Content that insults or disparages another individual on the basis of attributes such as intellect, appearance, personality traits, hygiene, etc.
- Content that disparages individual(s) with specific ethnicity or religion
- Content that attempts to make unwanted sexual contact
- Content that threatens another individual to reveal his/her sexual and/or private life without consent

Provocative, Violent, and Illegal Content

Bermuda does not permit violent content aimed to shock other users.

Content with provocative matters including the following:
- Content that is shocking, brutal, or unpleasant
- Content that is about deliberately inflicted violence toward an animal or another individual
- Content that glorifies violence
- Content that depicts suicide and/or self-injurious behavior directly or implicitly
- Content that depicts dismembered, mutilated, charred, or burned body part of an individual(s) or an animal(s)
- Content that promotes or uses a specific product or a controlled substance
- Content about illegal activities that deal with crimes, drugs, forgery, smuggling, weapons, etc.

Digital Crimes

Bermuda strictly prohibits every content recorded in illegal, non-consensual ways.
Recording or capturing the conversation with another user is prohibited. Storage or distribution of such content can be subject to strict restrictions.

Personal Information including the following:
- Real name
- Location information of an individual
- Images with personally identifiable information (PII), such as social security information, driver’s license, passport, etc.
- Every type of financial information (account number, credit card number, etc.)

Impersonation

Bermuda does not allow any user that poses as another person or entity deceptively. We will restrict any user account which is considered as an impersonation.

Behaviors including the following:
- Use of stolen photos, personal information, social media account of another individual as a profile
- Attempt to contact or approach another individual with the impersonated ID
